- WhatsApp Group is created for your convenience; you can use it to share your queries in text or voice notes. Our maximum response time is 48 hours, but we will respond as soon as possible to assist you.
- For detailed discussion on call, the suitable calling hours are between 12pm to 1pm as per USA and Canada time zone(Monday to Friday).
- Be aware about the packaging that Amazon accepts boxes.
- Max size of 25 ×25×25, weight Max: 22.6kg and articles more than 150 per box not allowed.
- Customer always provide, FNSKU & Shipping Labels with in a within the time spanto avoid storage charges.
- To make the identification properly, all the consignments must be pre-endorsed by us.
- Our responsibility is to book for UPS and ship to Amazon warehouse in time frame.
- Consignment may take around 3-7 days for overweight, oversize, glassware and bulk deliveries.
- Articles will be disposed of from our storehouse after three months without storage charges even though we will make every positive effort for clients.
- Be attentive that $1 fee will be Incurred on each article of clothes and shoes.
- Be alert about the pallets which are to be stored must not exceed 1500lbs.Pallets will be repalletized if above 1500lbs and rate will be $ 15 to $ 25 for new pallet space position.
- After generating consignment, we need tracking number to mark on our calendar to arrange space at warehouse according to requirement.
- We are not accountable for any missing consignment however we may investigate via UPS and another courier service to inform you.
- Insurance which is not included in any of our plans until you define about it but premium will be payable to companies for insurance separately.
- Zip Packer will provide packing stuff for standard size products. Moreover, costumer will be liable to pay extra for something additional and other services.
- The shipments which is unauthorized or priorly approved by us will be returned.
- Articles which are prohibited or illegal by American and Canadian law would be reported to law enforcement agencies and returned to sender.
- Any flammable stuff such as: cigarettes, gas, tobacco and liquid are not sanctioned to store in warehouse and we will be reported to law enforcement agencies first and returned to sender.
- Service charges for the clints of UK, UAE, USA, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and India are same but need to pay in US dollars.
- Our preparation for the consignment is according to your desire but if you change your mind and want to cancel the shipment ones we prepare your order for shipping, Zippacker will charge for the service done.
- All prices mentioned above are exclusive of of Tax, Tax will be charged separate separate from the services fees.
THIRD PARTY RETAILER POLICY
- Client will be responsible to provide the documents mentioned below with every order being shipped to zippacker for servicesProvided by zippacker if it is arriving from any third-partyRetailer such as and not limited to walmart, sam’sclub, target, Home dept, etc, Zippacker is taking these steps to prevent any sorts of scams, zippacker is entitled to refuse service if policy is violated.
- Identity card (with name visible)
- Credit/debit card (with name and last 4 digits visible)
- Order placed matching the same last 4 digits on the credit/debit card and identity card
