Returns
As an Amazon FBA seller, there will be occasions when you need to recall a product. Maybe the item was returned by the customer and Amazon put it into your Unfulfillable Inventory. Or maybe it was damaged by the carrier and marked as unsellable as soon as it arrived at the FBA Fulfillment Center.
Zippacker clients enjoy the benefit of knowing that Zippacker will receive your Amazon FBA Product Returns, carefully inspect them, and determine their condition. Items that are damaged, used, or with missing parts will be photographed and a report will be sent to the client so they can file for reimbursement from Amazon. Items that are still sellable will be prepped and added to the next inbound shipment.
If an item can’t be sent back in to Amazon FBA, we can donate it to a local charitable organization, dispose of it, or forward it to the address of your choice.

Amazon FBA Product Removals
Amazon sellers are faced with Long-Term Storage Fees (LTSF) when their products have not sold within 365 days. Each month, items more than 365 days old will be assessed a LTSF equal to $6.90 per cubic foot or $0.15 per item, whichever is greater. This fee will continue to be charged each month until those items are either sold or removed from the Amazon FBA Fulfillment Center.
Zippacker clients enjoy the benefit of our Amazon FBA Removal Service. Avoid Long-Term Storage Fees and have your products shipped to and stored at the Zippacker facility until you are ready to send them back in to Amazon.
Our clients simply create a removal order in your Amazon Seller Central using Zippacker as the ship-to address, and then send us a copy of the removal order. As the items arrive, We accept the delivery, unpack, inspect, and confirm the items against the inventory list. Items are then stored in the climate-controlled Zippacker Prep Center until ready to ship back in to Amazon. When that time comes, the items are added to a working shipment and sent back in.
The Zippacker Amazon FBA Removal Service is perfect for seasonal items too. Our monthly storage rates are much more reasonable than using Amazon’s FBA warehouse as a storage facility. Remove your items to the Zippacker Prep Center at the end of the season and let us store them for you until you are ready to ship them back in the next season.
Zippacker will receive and inspect each item. We will fill out the inventory report so you will always know which of your items are in our possession. Items will be stored in our climate-controlled Prep Center until you are ready to ship them back to Amazon. Prep fees are included in the price.
